Welcome to UGM 2019
The User Group Meeting (UGM) is held every two years in a client’s home-country. This year, we are pleased to host the UGM in Paramaribo, Surinam, which is home to 9 of our client-banks and partners. The Opening Reception will be the evening of Tuesday, October 15th, followed by an intense program on the 16th through the 18th.
The purpose of the sessions is to bring together our clients using the Alchemy platform, SWISSRoute, IdentityGuard and other partner solutions to gain and share knowledge. The UGM also gives our clients the opportunity to meet our consultants and developers face-to-face and provide feedback on our solutions. The theme of this year’s meeting is ‘ELEVATING BANKING PERFORMACE.” With each session our trainers and partners will look to elevate your knowledge to help you contribute to your bank or credit union’s performance. This year we also have a celebratory Blockchain announcement that our attendees will be among the first to hear about and gain from.
